Do you bill on rows scanned or per seat?
Continuous is billed monthly against tiered row-volume bands — not per seat, not per user. Enterprise is a custom contract sized on monthly row volume, connector breadth, and SLA. The Audit tier is free during beta and never bills the volume it runs against.
Where is our ledger data stored?
US by default (Render Oregon). Enterprise plans can be provisioned in a dedicated EU region at contract time — request it during procurement and EU residency is in place before your first ledger row lands. Tenant isolation is enforced; data is never pooled across customers and never used to train shared AI models.
Can we evaluate VeraStream without committing to a contract?
Yes — three paths with no contract on day one. Drop a CSV at /audit for a single in-browser run. Self-serve a /pilot against one connector. None of these require a signed order form, an NDA, or a sales call before you see numbers.
What happens if we cancel mid-term?
Audit is no contract — cancel by closing the browser tab. Continuous is billed monthly; cancel at the end of any month with no termination penalty. Enterprise contracts honor the negotiated wind-down terms. Audit history is exportable as PDF and CSV on exit at no charge.
Which ERP systems do you support?
Continuous ships connectors to NetSuite and QuickBooks. Enterprise ships connectors to NetSuite, SAP, Coupa, and Workday, with Oracle, Concur, Expensify, Brex, and Ramp available on request. All connectors run the same eight production detectors — the connector is just the data shape on the way in.
What does your procurement / security review packet include?
A complete packet is available on request, no NDA required. It covers the SOC 2 Type I report (in progress), the three named sub-processors (Render, Postmark, Stripe), the data-category disclosure for each, the DPA template, and the incident-response notification SLA.
